Where are you from + What is your background?I grew up in Urbandale, then attended Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. After college I worked for the Wittern Group for about 3 years, in Marketing and Sales. I started at Universal as Account Representative in 2011 and transitioned into the Sales & Marketing Manager in 2013. In 2017, we made management changes and I transitioned into my new role as Vice-President.
Outside of work you will find me….?
Spending time with my wife Amanda and chasing are two kids around! Our son Bennett George (4 years old) and daughter Addison Anne (1 year old) - both keep us fairly busy. Aside from family time, I coach Boys Soccer at Des Moines Christian High School, and also stay busy exercising in some degree – running, working out, or biking!
Something one of your client’s may not know about you?
My dress-sock collection is a prized possession. From Bright Yellow Argyle socks, to socks with Umbrella’s on them, to Batman-themed socks with a “cape”, and much more! I love a good pair of unique dress socks!
Most Unique thing you have sold to a client?
Dog Tennis Balls - customized with an organization’s logo on it!

It’s in the Family! I actually never planned on working here as a kid or during college, things just worked out this way and I wouldn’t change a thing!
